It makes really a good cup of coffee, the vendor got it to me in no time. DeLonghi customer service provides a phone which they never answer. First call at 4:30 EDT, they announced they were closed and to call back during business hours which are 9-5. Second called, got through, waited for 25 min. NO PERSON ! Third call waited 20 min. With no help. Fourth call the same. I then went to the website to order a couple of extra mesh filters; the website is useless. I then sent an email to customer service - they never responded..I had another DeLonghi product and experienced the same awful customer service. I will never purchase another DiLonghi product again, it's not worth the aggravation. There are many fine companies out there which do provide good customer service. AVOID DILONGHI !
