The pot is very versatle. I can put a tea bag or loose tea in the 1 cup side while making a pot of coffee on the other. I can use the Senseo type pods or regular coffee on the 1 cup side. I like having different options.

I have had this machine for several months and it's great. I use regular coffee (no pods) and can brew a strong single cup of coffee that's perfect. Easy to clean and use. It's a sound investment that I can make a good single cup for just me and a pot when I have guests.

The product is wonderful, I love it and how easy it is to use. Makes great coffee and the purchase was so easy and it was sent in a very timely manner. I would recommend this coffee pot to everyone. Alot of these post have a single cup feature, but you must use pods, this one allows you to use either pods or your own coffee.GREAT
